Inflowfit

Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use InflowFit, including the voice recordings created during your daily coaching sessions. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.

Who we are

InflowFit is run by Mounira Assoul, trading as InflowFit, a sole trader in England. She is the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

Your voice, and why we do not keep it

What you say during a session concerns your health: your sleep, your eating, your stress. Under UK data protection law that is special category data, which deserves particular care.

Conversation retention is switched off. Your audio is processed so Mimi can hear and answer you, and is not stored afterwards. There is no recording, and no transcript, of your sessions — not on our systems, and not available to us or to Mounira.

To be precise rather than reassuring: your audio does leave your device. It travels to our voice provider, is transcribed, and passes through a language model to generate Mimi's reply. It is processed, then discarded. Our lawful basis for processing it is your explicit consent, which you give by starting a session, and which you can withdraw at any time by stopping.

What is stored on your device

Three small values are kept in your own browser and never sent to us:

Clearing your browser data removes them, and your streak will restart. We also set one cookie, if_access, which records that this device belongs to an active membership. It is strictly necessary to deliver what you have paid for, contains no personal information beyond a subscription reference, and cannot be read by JavaScript.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use a third-party analytics service.

We do count how many people reach each part of this page — how many arrive, how many reach the pricing, how many begin signing up. Those are plain tallies sent to our own server. No cookie is set, no identifier is created, and nothing is recorded about who you are or where you came from. We cannot tell one visitor from another, and we could not single you out if we tried. It exists so we can tell whether the page is working, not who is reading it.

Who else processes your data

Some of these process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards in those providers' own data processing terms.

How long we keep things

Session audio and transcripts: not kept at all. Payment and subscription records are held by Stripe for as long as required by law — in the UK, financial records are generally retained for six years.

Your email address is kept while you are a member, and for as long afterwards as we need it to answer questions about your membership. There is no marketing list: we email you about your own membership and nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email eumgrlink@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

InflowFit is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and tell members by email where the change is significant.
