InflowFit is provided by Mounira Assoul, trading as InflowFit, a sole trader in England. She is the person you contract with and who takes payment.

InflowFit is a coaching service. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Mimi is not a doctor.
Nothing said during a session should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional medical advice about your own health, and never delay or disregard it because of something you heard in a coaching session.
If you are pregnant, have an eating disorder or a diagnosed medical condition, or are taking prescribed medication, speak to your doctor before making changes to how you eat, sleep or exercise.
If you are in crisis, contact your GP, call 111, or call 999 in an emergency. InflowFit is not a crisis service and sessions are not monitored by a person.
A payment card is required to start the free trial. Nothing is taken during the 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all.
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your access to daily coaching stops.
You cancel yourself, without asking anyone: open your coaching page, choose Manage or cancel your membership, and cancel there. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
The 7-day trial means most people never pay for something they have not tried. If you are charged and you are not happy, email us within 14 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. No explanation needed.
This sits alongside your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which we do not ask you to waive.
Access is personal to you and for your own use. Please do not share your access, your device's saved session, or any link that lets someone else use the coaching. We may end a membership that is being shared.
We will do our best to keep the coaching available every day, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted — it depends on services we do not control. We do not promise any particular result. What you get out of the Method depends on what you put into it.
The InflowFit Method, the book, the coaching content and Mounira Assoul's voice are her property. You may use them as a member; you may not copy, record, republish or resell them.
We do not record your sessions — see the Privacy Policy. Please do not record them either, since the voice you are speaking with is Mounira's own.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If we change these terms we will update the date above and email members where the change matters.
